The initial appointment will last approximately one hour, and any follow-up appointments can then be arranged as required.
The counsellor client relationship can be used to facilitate personal growth, or to discuss any issue or event important to the individual. However issues such as Couples Counselling and the Counselling of minors cannot be dealt with as yet. Fees will be applied on a sliding scale to accommodate individual’s means.
If you are going through a difficult period in your life, have a specific issue you would like to discuss, or just think you might benefit from a chat; please call Tracey Holt at the Resource Centre on (023) 8856818 to make an appointment.
All discussions and records are treated as confidential in accordance with counselling and Psychotherapy rules.
